Renault improves fleet services
Renault has recently announced it will be rebranding its fleet department and introducing new schemes and initiatives from July this year.
Renault Business fleet programme, as it will now be known, has been enhanced to provide a better quality of service to fleet customers.
Renault iCare is a new fleet managed SMR product for LCV’s and is one of the five schemes being implemented by the French marque. Vehicle mileage and position is monitored via integrated telematics with payment on a pence per mile basis.
Darren Payne, Fleet and Commercial Vehicle Operations Director says: “iCare will allow fleets to manage their SMR more accurately".
Fleet customers of Renault’s LCV range - which comprises the Trafic, Master and Kangoo - will all be eligible for this new initiative.
Other schemes and improvements being introduced are: Renault’s Business Customer Commitment; Service Maintenance & Repair improvement; Pro+/Business Dealers; and New Fleet Service Commitment.
