New 2012 Peugeot Expert revealed

Peugeot has updated the Expert van for 2012 with a new front end and engines designed to bring down running costs.
The new 2012 Peugeot Expert comes with a redesigned front end incorporating a new bumper, a rectangular grille and bulging headlights.
The biggest changes however, come in the engine bay where a new 2.0-litre diesel engine has been added to the range.
The engine develops 163bhp and delivers CO2 emissions of 168g/km, a drop from previous engines in the Peugeot Expert range.
Even more importantly, the engine is Euro 5 compliant, meaning it meets stringent new European emissions laws that are now compulsory on all new vans.
Peugeot has also added a new six-speed automatic gearbox for the new 2.0-litre engine and promises more equipment than ever on its small panel van.
The new 2012 Peugeot Expert van will be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March and the first models will go on sale in the UK during the middle of the same month.
The changes apply to all derivations of the van including panel, crew and window van versions, as well as the Expert-based Expert Tepee MPV.
Prices for the new 2012 Peugeot Expert and Peugeot Expert Tepee have not been announced by the French manufacturer yet.
However, current versions cost in the region of £20,000 and this is expected to continue for the new models.
