Electric-Peugeot van range on show
The Peugeot electric range has been showcased at the Zero Emission Arrive ‘N’ Drive event in front of fleet managers from across the UK.
Allied Electric, who exhibited at the event for the second time, were offering test drives throughout the day of their all-electric Peugeot range – which included the Peugeot eExpert Tepee; Peugeot eExpert crew van; and the newly launched Peugeot eBipper.
Fleet managers were eager to try out this range of electric-Peugeots, resulting in all available test drives being quickly taken in the morning.
Regarding the growing interest in their vehicles, and electric vehicles in general, Allied Electric are said to be ‘delighted’ and are optimistic that the amount of electric vehicles within fleets will continue to rise.
Allied Electric’s Peugeot range is designed for ‘working life in urban areas’ and therefore boast a range of 100 miles from a single charge. These vehicles are available through the company only, however Peugeots commercial vehicles are widely accessible and start from just £9,095.
